Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 Pu-erh tea bags or 2 tablespoons loose Pu-erh tea
  • 1/4 cup ginger marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (for a vegan option)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves and lemon slices for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Brew the Tea: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the Pu-erh tea bags or loose tea, and let it steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bags or strain the loose tea.
